We design and manufacture our apparels, clothing's, bags, accessories and gear with the finest fabrics and materials from all over the globe to domicile and furnish our luxurious vegan lifestyle.
At 'Vegan For Life Club' we as a rule of thumb(with no exceptions whatsoever) adhere to the non-animal derived alternatives and are proudly ditching, condemning and denouncing the animal testing process in Australia or Overseas.
Everything we are offering is a gorgeous alternatives to leather, suede, fur, wool, pearls, and silk readily available at a great prices maintaining the quality of the product .  However if one of the items is not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered.

You get 14 days trial run, confidently knowing you can return any item back to us, if they're unworn, unwashed or a wrong sized item, so you can shop with confidence with Vegan For Life Club.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was originally bought and delivered and must also be in the original packaging.

B. Can I exchange my ONLINE order?
The best way to exchange your already purchased order is to simply place a new order for the item or product you desire and then return the item you already have.
C. How do I return a defective or faulty product?
We stand behind all our apparels, products and gear. Every single item is tested and checked by our delivery quality analyst, however if you still believe that your product is defective, faulty and it's under 14 days of your purchase, please start a return and send your item back to us at VEGAN FOR LIFE CLUB. We will refund the amount spent back into your account with no questions asked whatsoever.
D. What types of goods are exempt from being returned when purchased from VEGAN FOR LIFE CLUB?

E. What do we need to complete the returns?
To complete your return, we require a 'Receipt or proof of purchase', that will be in your email.
Once your return is received and inspected at 'Vegan For Life Club', we will send you an email to notify, that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund(Only in cases of damage to the product or accessories).
Once approved for return by our 'quality specialist', we at VEGAN FOR LIFE CLUB will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
F. Policy for 'Late' or 'Missing refunds (if applicable)'?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please start with checking your bank account and then with your credit card company(Bank/Financial Institution) as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted(By your Bank/Financial Institution).
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

G. What is the Shipping address for return?
To return your product, you should email us at our email address and we will notify you an address to ship at our location in Melbourne, Australia. 
An email will be sent to you once you process your inquiry with the updated and most current address for refund.
H. Shipping Cost for Refunds and TAT?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Usually is between 3-10 working days for Australia and Overseas.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee, if we will receive your returned item as we are not delivering and are relying on the post.
